I'm going to rant about COVID idiots...

 You know the idiots the ones that we get a tiny bit of good weather and they rush off to the coast, the countryside or even worse on a holiday....

Which bit of we are in a pandemic do these morons not get? 

Yes, the R number isn't that high anymore but that's because we've been in lockdown, and remember idiots there's the new variant and yes, you may have had your vaccinations but that doesn't mean you are immune. You can still catch it and you can still pass it on...and die!

And don't get me started on the total utter dickheads who claim it's all a government scare and they aren't going to have the vaccine.... and what's really scary is that these people are out there, living next to us and to all intense and purposes looking like ordinary people but they aren't, they are total and utter idiots.

Then in a couple of weeks' time when the R number is rising because all these idiots went out over the weekend and the half term and we are threatened with a lockdown, they will be up in arms, demanding to know why they've got to go back into lockdown. You see it already on the tv and in the news people asking 'Why do we have to go into lockdown, it's not fair'.... what is the matter with you idiots are you 3 years old....boo, it's not fair.... oh my god - grow up!

It would help if the news programs and the presenters didn't fuel the idiots who demand to carry on as if nothing ever happened - I know why they are doing it, it's so that in a couple of weeks when things get bad again, they can report on how people weren't following the rules and they can pretend to be all sanctimonious as though they have been responsible all along. No you haven't, when you have idiots on BBC news programs responding to the nice weather forecast by saying 'oh good, we can all get out this weekend,' and 'I'm going to the park, sea, ' whatever - STOP IT you morons - the pandemic is still here.

Try and remember all the deaths from last year, remember the numbers of people dying and in hospital....how can you have forgotten all that already. Remember the scenes of NHS workers frazzled from having to cope with all the death and despair, remember the faces of the bereaved who couldn't be with their friends and families at the end, when funerals had to be online. I know we all want this to end but please people try and use common sense and take things easy and do what needs to be done to get this world back to normal

...oh and by the way can we go back to the time of the early lockdown when people were being nice to each other...now crime is on the up again, people are being selfish and cruel, stop it and remember how good it was when everybody was kind and thoughtful...(all except those idiots who panic bought from the shops and caused problems for elderly and infirm - I guess they are never going to be nice and kind- they probably never were and never will be)
